25.000 Eur overcharged by a bank
You assume that your bank charges the correct interest rates for a possible loan. Controlling this is difficult: the agreements made in this respect result in the necessary calculation to convert percentages, periods and balances to the amount to be paid. In the past, Fidem Finance discovered, by correctly keeping track and checking the agreements made with the bank in question, that thousands of euros' worth of interest were charged too much. It turned out that their system was flawed. Discovering this error resulted in a total saving for the customer of EUR 25.000
